If the accommodation owner canceled your reservation, you will transfer your already paid to book the new room at White Bear Camping or request a refund as you desired. If there is a problem that cannot be staying at White bear Camping and cannot agree with the accommodation owner, refund policies may be enforced for guests in certain circumstances.
There are 3 types of situations that may be eligible to receive a refund as follows:
White Bear Camping will refund to you or use reasonable efforts to find and reserve equivalent accommodation as the remaining nights in your booking. The amount of refund will depend on the manner of the problem in the stay.
10 days before cancellation, the guest can receive a 70% refund of the stay, which will take a 30-60 days refund period.
In case of 10 days before arrival that will not be able to cancel or postpone the arrival date in all cases
